Payments: What to Expect

Most of our clients are charged by the hour. However, some matters are billed at a flat fee or, in special cases, by contingency. At the start of your case, you will usually need to make a minimum payment towards an operating retainer.

Our firm works with a third party to provide a Client Credit option. This allows clients to apply for financing to pay their attorney fees. If you are approved, you can pay the fees later over 6 to 24 months. In some cases, we may also offer different payment plans.

Clients can make payments using cash, check, or credit/debit card. To pay online, please click the button below. You can also apply for financing by selecting the "Pay Later" option and completing the application..
