Payments: What to Expect

Typically, our clients receive an initial quote based on our hourly rates. At the beginning of your case, you will be required to make a minimum payment toward an operating retainer, with the understanding that additional fees and expenses may arise as your case develops. Please note that other services may incur a flat fee, which is due at the time the service is provided.

Our firm works with Affirm through Clio Payments to provide a Client Credit option. This allows clients to apply for financing to pay their attorney fees. If you are approved, you can pay the fees to the lender over 6 to 24 months. In some cases, we may also offer different payment plans.

Other payment arrangements can be made. Automatic payments will be taken out of your preferred account each month.

Clients can make payments using cash, check, or credit/debit card. To pay online, please click the button below. You can also apply for financing by selecting Affirm and completing the application. When using Affirm, once you create a plan, you will be paying Affirm. However, any additional fees will not be a part of that payment plan.
